USING A PROMOTION CODE

Promotional codes can also be added during checkout on the right-hand side of the page. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order as a discount and will not appear on a line item basis.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Texas. Tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax. We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

US SHIPPING

Your originates in the US where your products are packaged. Orders are generally fulfilled and shipped 2-3 business days (M-F) after purchase unless otherwise indicated. We ship via certified mail within the US, where your order is then delivered via USPS.

RETURN PROCESS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items purchased may be returned to for any reason within 15 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unworn and undamaged, with tags, in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

To return an item follow the directions below:

Please note, all returns are at the customer’s own risk. Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.

LATE RETURNS

Any item returned after 15 days from order date is not eligible for a refund.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

Please note that we do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as not eligible for return in its description unless they are faulty. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page.

EXCHANGES

Currently, we can only offer exchanges for the same item.

REFUNDS

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Processed refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10-business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
